In this portfolio project, a Vacuum Dewatering Pump was implemented to strengthen freshly laid concrete slabs. The system effectively removed excess water from the concrete surface, improving density and reducing the water-cement ratio. This process significantly enhanced compressive strength, abrasion resistance, and overall durability. By minimizing shrinkage cracks and surface defects, the flooring achieved long-term structural reliability. The technique is ideal for warehouses, factories, parking areas, and heavy-duty industrial environments. This project demonstrates precision-controlled execution and advanced flooring technology, delivering strong, smooth, and cost-efficient concrete surfaces built to withstand demanding operational conditions
